I've read alot about the discussions and want to throw my two cents in.
-Elements seem great but wanna add to it, everything should have an element players/mobs and they should have a strength/weakness to eachother... water>fire>air>earth>water granted those combinations don't make much since but they're the elements I've seen discussed and feel this being implemented would make for a much funner gaming experience. Also differant areas are going to have a variety of themes and should give a bonus to one element per area, it'll be fun for us players and a breath of fresh air when your story line takes you somewhere your "super effective". This'll also make the game less predictable(more fun) if pvp is in game or even jus grinding with friends.
-Rebirth please keep this in the game for the love of everything. FO was the only mmo I've played with this
(well flyff too) and everyone absolutely loved the prestige and stat bonus. I heard your arguement that it does make the game repetitive but I have the solution. Make it part of the main storyline and when you "rebirth" you start in a whole new area heading ina new direction. Possibly make this a chance to switch elements becouse I'm sure ppl will be unhappy and love the ability to switch at some point.
-Dungeons/raids should be implemented, areas that require a certain amount of ppl with appropriate class balances for victory, they should have a obvious boss or bosses and give good loot for the lvl. They should also have a lvl limit so high lvls cant jus carry their friend, or make it where it auto lowers your stats and lvl for the instance.
-Guilds in FO were done pretty well and I liked how you could always donate more to lvl it up. I don't remember if FO had this so I'll say: the level should reflect ALL donations and their should also be a currency
(spendable guild exp) +5% guild member hp, mana, attck, armor, cheaper guildhall upgrades, better drop chance sky is the limit. On a side note though huge suggestion... guildhalls many games have them but none have ever had what I've always dreamed would be amazing... guildhalls you build and can addon too. ex 100 stone for foundation, 100 wood for walls, 10000 pearls for wishing well that allows you to change element, 10000 iron for an anvil you can do weapon smithing at... the skies the limit here too, it would bring countless hours of gameplay for everyone, the ultimate guild prestige and great benefits for guild members.
-Skills smithing, mining, wood cutting, jewel crafting, farming, herding could all be implemented and tied in with the guildhall upgrades. Obviously like maybe two per character so that guildies have to work together to make things happen. As for smithing only do it if players can create the TOP game gear but make it rediculously hard, I've always hated in EVERY mmo you can loot one of the top bosses in 10 mins and get better gear than 6 months of gringing a craft, but it must be very hard to skill the craft and very hard to get materials for top gears so dungeons dont become useless.
I'll leave it at that as this was lenghty, I kno so much of this would take forever to develop but believe if these things were slowly implemented over time the game would never die.
